Candidates registering with PDSP agree to:

  • Maintain professional conduct.

Providing false information may result in removal from our database.

6. Verification Process

However, verification is based on information and documents provided by candidates and available references. While we strive to maintain high standards, no verification process can guarantee future behavior or performance.

7. Hiring Decisions

PDSP recommends suitable candidates based on client requirements.

The final interview, selection, employment agreement, salary negotiations, and employment relationship remain solely between the client and the hired individual.

8. Payments

Service charges, placement fees, or other applicable fees will be communicated before confirmation of services.

Unless otherwise agreed, payments made for recruitment services are subject to PDSP’s applicable policies.

9. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, PDSP may offer a replacement period in accordance with the agreed service package and replacement policy.

Replacement eligibility may depend on the reason for replacement and compliance with our service terms.
