Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

At Pakistan Domestic Services Provider (PDSP), we strive to provide reliable domestic staffing services and ensure customer satisfaction. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and staff replacements are handled.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel a service before the recruitment process begins. Once recruitment, screening, or candidate sourcing has started, cancellation requests may be subject to administrative charges.

Refund Policy

Service fees paid to PDSP are generally non-refundable once the recruitment process has commenced, as they cover sourcing, screening, and placement services.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments or payment errors.

Replacement Policy

If a placed staff member leaves or is found unsuitable within the applicable replacement period, PDSP may provide a replacement candidate, subject to the agreed service terms and candidate availability.

Replacement requests may not be accepted if the client’s job requirements, salary, or working conditions have changed after placement.
