At Pakistan Domestic Services Provider (PDSP), we are committed to helping clients hire trustworthy domestic staff. As part of our recruitment process, we conduct reasonable background verification to improve confidence in the candidates we recommend.

Our Verification Process

Before recommending a candidate, PDSP may verify available information, including:

• Identity documents (such as CNIC)

• Contact information

• Employment history

• Skills and experience

• References, where available

The scope of verification may vary depending on the position and the information provided by the candidate.

Our Commitment

We make every reasonable effort to verify candidate information using the documents and references available during the recruitment process. However, no background verification process can guarantee a person’s future behavior, performance, or suitability.

The final hiring decision always rests with the client.

Candidate Responsibility

Candidates are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection or removal from PDSP’s database.

Client Responsibility

Clients are encouraged to interview candidates and assess whether they meet their specific household or business requirements before making a hiring decision.
