Everything You Need to Know
Answers for clients hiring staff, and for job seekers applying to work with PDSP.
PDSP provides verified domestic and commercial staffing across Karachi — house maids, babysitters, nannies, cooks, drivers, gardeners, security guards, nurses, patient attendants, office staff, cleaners, and CCTV/facility services — all screened and trained before placement.
Every candidate passes CNIC verification, police clearance, a CPLC record check, and a minimum of three guarantors with valid CNIC copies, followed by an in-person interview with our HR team. No candidate is added to our active staff pool without clearing all of these steps.
Yes. PDSP places staff across all three arrangements, depending on what fits your household or business.
Most placements are completed within 2-4 working days from the time you share your requirements, depending on the role and current staff availability.
Salaries are paid directly to the staff member and vary by role, experience, and full-time/part-time/live-in status. PDSP charges a separate one-time placement fee. Contact us for current rates for your specific requirement.

No. There is no fee of any kind to register with PDSP or to get placed in a job. Our placement fee is charged only to the client who hires you — never to you as a candidate.
We verify your CNIC and address, complete a police clearance and CPLC record check, contact your guarantors, and conduct an in-person interview to understand your experience and the type of work you're looking for.
This depends on current client demand for your specific role and experience, but many candidates are matched within a few days to a couple of weeks once verification is complete.
